The governance structure of CABRI consists of the General Assembly, the Management Committee and the Secretariat.

The General Assembly

The General Assembly is the highest decision making authority of CABRI. It is composed of all the Member States of CABRI.

The Management Committee
The Management Committee is in charge of CABRI's policy direction. It consists of the six founding members of CABRI, plus Mauritius, Mozambique and Uganda.

The Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day activities of CABRI. It consists of the Executive Secretary as Head of Secretariat and other staff as determined by the Management Committee.
