Cape Town, South Africa
The Africa Policy Seminar was designed to bring senior policy-makers together to engage in a debate on current policy thinking and future opportunities.
Accordingly, this event brought together Permanent Secretaries and Director Generals from Ministries of Finance in 35 countries in Africa to discuss and explore the financial and institutional challenges of providing regional public goods in Africa and the incentives that encourage the joint provision of these goods.
A panel of high level experts was invited to discuss issues on regional public goods at the seminar. Please refer to the draft programme attached for more information.
