This case study on Ghana formed part of the CABRI dialogue on ensuring value for money in the agriculture sector. Should Ghana continue to export its raw cocoa beans or encourage domestic processing of its beans? If so, what should the conditions of price and non-price incentives be? This report discusses different value-for-money options for the country’s cocoa bean production.
