The objective of the 3-day Dialogue was to explore approaches to appraising, financing and managing the implementation of infrastructure projects that support achieving better value for money. The Dialogue investigated key decision-points in six case studies of large infrastructure projects in CABRI participating countries, against keynote papers that present modern approaches and good practices in the financing, appraisal and management of projects.
