Création et autonomie

1. Il est créé, conformément aux dispositions du présent Accord, une Initiative africaine concertée sur la réforme Budgetaire (CABRI).

2. La CABRI est autonome ; elle mène ses opérations et accomplit ses fonctions en toute indépendance.
