CABRI at the World Water Week in Stockholm

Organised by the SIWI, the World Water Week brought together experts, practitioners, decision-makers, business innovators and young professionals from a range of sectors and countries to network, exchange ideas, foster new thinking and develop solutions to the most pressing water-related challenges. CABRI, BMZ, GIZ, KEWASNET, SWA and WIN co-organised a session on ways in which institutions can become more effective and access new sources of finance for the water sector. The Executive Secretary of CABRI, Neil Cole shared with participants a public finance perspective in addressing the funding shortfall and ways that sector-budgets can be better formulated.
