This case study was prepared for CABRI’s Agricultural Sector Dialogue series. The purpose of these dialogues is to create a platform for peer learning in agricultural budgeting and financing. This case study, which falls under the theme of “alternative and innovative financing in agriculture”, allows for an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the PPP model.
