This report is the result of the second joint country review, undertaken in Nairobi, Kenya, during September 2013, analysing the current situation with regard to transparency and participation in public finances. The CABRI network and the International Budget Partnership identified cross-cutting recommendations to improve transparency and participation, together with the main stakeholders in Kenya. This report summarises the findings and recommendations.
