CABRI hosted a workshop with three divisions in the South African National Treasury (Budget Office, Public Finance and Intergovernmental Fiscal Relations). The workshop was facilitated by Associate Professor Matt Andrews of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and used the Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) approach to examine ways to overcome complex implementation challenges in South Africa.
