The Gambia, CABRI member country since 2014, hosted our 33rd and 15th Management Committee and General Assembly meetings respectively, on 3-4 June 2025.
The Management Committee gathered on Tuesday, 3 June to provide strategic guidance and oversight, and to take stock of the Secretariat’s implementation of the annual work plan and budget. The General Assembly met on 4 June to ratify the organisation's work plan and budget, and to provide overall policy direction. The General Assembly also convened to elect the new Management Committee for 2025–2027.
CABRI comprises of three governing bodies: The General Assembly, the Management Committee and the Secretariat. The Secretariat is headed by the Executive Secretary and is responsible for implementing CABRI’s work plan and budget.
The elected members of the Management Committee for the term 2025-2027 are:

- Maleshoane Lekomola, Budget Controller, Ministry of Finance, Budget Department, Lesotho
- Alaye Barra, Head of Budgeting Monitoring Unit, Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, The Gambia
- Tithokoze Samuel, Head of Cash Management, Ministry of Finance, Malawi
- Benjamin MBERIO, Director of Financial Control, Ministry of Finance and Budget, Central African Republic
