Honourable Sarah McGill Mulbah is a Liberian public servant who serves as the Assistant Minister of Budget at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP) in Liberia, CABRI member country since 2013.

Honourable Mulbah represented Liberia at CABRI's 16th General Assembly Meeting in June. In this inspiring conversation, she talks to us about ARREST, the Agenda for Inclusive Development for 2025/29, aid coordination and debt management, and the most significant hurdles that she faced as a woman ascending to the Ministry, and how she overcame them.

Honourable Mulbah is an alumna of the President’s Young Professionals Programme in Liberia. She is among five alumni nominated for positions in the administration of Liberian President Joseph Nyuma Boakai. She was placed as a Budget Analyst at the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning. Most recently, she served as the Coordinator for Gender Responsive Planning and Budgeting and led the Gender Budgeting Unit, mainstreaming gender into the national budget.
