In this 'We are CABRI' series, we talk to Solomon Osei-Gyamerah, former Senior Economic Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Ghana. Mr Osei-Gyamerah also served on CABRI's Management Committee before retiring.

In this interview, he shares how Ghana has benefitted from its membership to CABRI, the challenges of his country when it comes to public financial management (PFM) reforms and calls on all African countries to become a CABRI member country, especially the francophone countries.
